Pricing and Content of the Course You Register In
Once you have paid for a certain portion of a course, your
price for that portion of the site will not change. However,
we reserve the right to change the cost of the course, its
lessons and courses at any time and make no guarantee that
future purchases of lessons or courses will be at the same
price as past purchases.
In the same way as pricing may change, content is also
subject to periodic update. For lessons/courses purchased
you will always receive the latest full version and will
have access to all updates of lessons/courses for which you
have already paid.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the website and provision of services via the website
will be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of England and Wales.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions We
reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies,
and these Conditions at any time.
Delivery
Once you have paid for the course or a portion of the course
you will automatically receive access to those lessons that
you have paid for. You will also be allocated a facilitator
who will be available to assist you as you complete the
course and who will give you feedback on your assignments.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the course does not meet your full expectations just
email administration@askonline.co.za requesting cancellation
of your registration. On receipt of your cancellation
request we will make a full refund of the portion of the
course that you have paid for but not downloaded. For
instance, if you have paid for a full course but have only
downloaded half the course we will refund you for half the
course. Lessons that you have already been downloaded are
100% non-refundable.
We would also appreciate your feedback on how the course
could be improved to meet your requirements in future.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.
