One of the questions arising in circles of spirituality is, how can we engage with the world of the unseen to enhance spiritual growth, while not being caught up in distraction and unwanted interference?
Seeking to answer this question, a workshop on "A Practical Guide to the Unseen", was recently delivered by ASK director Aliya B. Haeri, at the ASK Academy Hall, in Pretoria. The event drew many first-time visitors to the ASK Centre, who came from diverse religious and spiritual traditions and brought together to better understand and consider the "do's and don'ts" of working with the unseen to increase happiness and quality of life.

All world religions share this great mysterious Reality: One Creator who permeates and governs countless creations - the one absolute, eternal reality is the source of infinite numbers of identities and cycles of birth and death. All scriptures teach their people how to be attuned to this truth and calibrate their intentions, thoughts and actions according to the ever present light of the One.
In our present day, to make full sense of these ancient teachings and messages we need to make considerable allowances for changes in the language, culture and circumstances of the revelations.
